Currently Seeking Assisted Living Administrator to join our team!

Job Includes:

  • Manage the day-to-day operational activities and community goals.
  • Maintain a full understanding of licensure and regulatory requirements
  • Implement control systems to ensure accountability of all departments
  • Ensure that census expectations are met and that the resident admission process documentation is completed in a timely manner and in accordance with established policy and procedure
  • Oversee the recruitment and retention of qualified staff throughout assisted living.
  • Maintain positive relationships with residents, family members, and community partners.
  • Ensure compliance of documentation and reporting requirements per state and federal regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an Assisted Living Administrator
  • Ability to manage customer and community relationships.
  • Ability to prioritize responsibilities, manage time effectively and meet deadlines accordingly.
  • Ability to proficiently used Microsoft products such as, Outlook and Word.
Criminal Background, drug screen, references required. EOE
